In 2019, we incorporated Ace Robotics & Automation Sdn Bhd and delivered over 50 automation lines in just two years — every one designed, built, and installed by our own engineers on real factory floors.
When we saw that machines were running but management still couldn't see the full picture, we knew software had to be the answer. That conviction led to the founding of ioti Sdn Bhd in 2022 — uniting hardware automation, robotics, and IoT-driven intelligence under one roof.

Born on the Factory Floor
Ace Robotics & Automation Sdn Bhd was incorporated with one clear focus: design and build real automation & robotic production lines. Within just 2 years, more than 50 automation lines were delivered — each designed, built, installed, and tested in-house by our own engineers. We didn't start with slides. We started with machines, wiring, programming, and real factory problems.
When Automation Was Not Enough
After building dozens of production lines, we saw the bigger issue: machines were running — but management still couldn't see the full picture. So we began developing our own MES system. Not outsourced. Not copied. Built from scratch by our own team, with over RM 1 million invested across two years and tested live inside real factories.
Industrial IoT Meets Manufacturing Intelligence
ioti Sdn Bhd was incorporated to focus fully on Industrial IoT & MES. The first prototype ran on-site. Step by step, feature by feature — real-time machine data collection, OEE tracking, production dashboards, cloud reporting, and smart alerts — all integrated directly with the automation lines we built ourselves. Hardware + Software, fully in-house.
